Last Cawthra Feather (LCF) has strengthened its commercial property team in Leeds with the appointment of Julie Evans as associate.
Julie has over 10 years post qualification experience having spent the last 6 years with Gordons in Leeds undertaking a broad range of property work.
Julie has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters and also acting for residential developers. Julie also has expertise in conditional contracts, site assembly, adverse possession claims and property funding.
Commenting on her appointment, Julie says: “I am delighted to have joined LCF, it is an exciting time for the company and I am looking forward to developing and strengthening our presence within Leeds”.

Julie is the second of two appointments to take place at the Leeds office, with Jackie Hixon also being appointed to the litigation department to head up the Insolvency team and to carry out a broad range of litigation work at the beginning of the year.
The firm was awarded the 2011 Law Society Excellence Award for Innovation.
